We aim to work in close co-operation with the customer and, based on our vast know-how, endeavour to find the solutions, which meet the customer's needs. CEDES maintains a quality management system, which is based on the industrial standard ISO 9001: 2000 (for medical equipment) and is extended towards a company wide total quality management philosophy. Our employees are the key elements during product innovation and mass production. They work in teams within a clearly defined organisation which delegates the responsibility for quality, delivery dates and costs to the operational line. Quality management is not be restrictive, but gives the employees security, self-motivation and maintains an orderly process.
