The SafeCIS3 safety controller has been designed as a compact control unit for the smallest safety light curtains in the world - the Safe400 series. The controllers’ advantages include a slim profile combined with multifunctional abilities such as muting and external device monitoring (EDM). In addition to monitoring the protection area, the controller can simultaneously control emergency or interlock switches. 
Adjusting these various operations is effortlessly carried out with the help of the CEDES Configuration Tool. 
Additionally, a number of relay and Bus extension module enables direct integration in the most diverse types of safety control systems.
