CEDES offers completely new freedom in machine construction with
Safety Integrated Program technology (SIP). The designer can integrate the desired protective field perfectly into his application (based on the smallest module unit).
SIP enables the free configuration of light curtains to suit requirements.
Whether corners, angles or curves, completely new solutions can be realized with SIP. The control units allow systems to be constructed with up to 256 light beams. This means a continuous protective field height of almost 4 m can be achieved at a resolution of 30 mm. The operational range covers a distance here from 0 to
18 m. The patented, intelligent laser alignment system ILAS can be provided here for rapid alignment of the light curtain.
