The TLS 250 series is a versatile diffuse-reflective sensor family suitable for any application where spot or field monitoring is needed. TLS 250 sensors operate by using infrared beams to monitor a designated area. When a person or object moves into the monitored area, the corresponding output is triggered, causing the automatic doors to open. The sensor constantly recalibrates itself in order to suppress background changes, such as shadows or reflections. Several variants are available to cover a wide variety of applications.
