CEDES acquires eMCP to advance data-driven elevator maintenance
The acquisition supports CEDES' vision of transforming elevator maintenance from a schedule-based process into a truly proactive, data-driven approach. By integrating eMCP with the predictive maintenance platform CEDES Elevate, customers will gain access to maintenance programs that are continuously enhanced by real-time insights into elevator health, usage patterns, and performance.
eMCP was developed to provide transparent, accountable, and Code-compliant maintenance programs that help reduce failures, callbacks, and safety incidents. The combination of eMCP's maintenance management capabilities and CEDES Elevate's analytics will help building owners and elevator service providers improve reliability, reduce unplanned downtime, optimize maintenance activities, and enhance passenger experience.
