We are looking for young people who know what they want. Our apprenticeship programs offer the region's future talent a great stepping stone into life as a professional.

Developing vocational skills and putting school knowledge into practice in order to successfully complete the apprenticeship are equally important as the apprentice's personal development. With a lot of engagement and a well-established training concept, CEDES accompanies young adults on their path, from entering the professional world to the successful completion of final apprenticeship exams.

"In my work as electronics technician, I appreciate the alternation between manual tasks, such as soldering or measuring, and working on a computer. As a host company, CEDES offers me the opportunity to get to know different departments and tasks during my apprenticeship. Thanks to very good working atmosphere and straightforward interactions between employees and apprentices, I feel completely comfortable as a woman in a technical profession."

Deborah Kamm, Electronics Apprentice
