Elevator IoT starts with cegard/Smart NT
Since 70% of elevator breakdowns are caused by the door, that is where our IoT-enabling hardware goes. The light curtain is equipped with additional sensors to collect data on elevator health and traffic round the clock. This data is then processed and visualized in our cloud-based IoT platform CEDES Elevate to provide maintenance advisory and valuable insights into elevator usage.
cegard/Smart NT is a good fit for both new installations and modernization projects. Thanks to multiple output types integrated into a single light curtain, it can be paired with various controllers to match the desired application, including:
