In the past two years, our company has undergone tremendous changes. We have shifted our business model, broke and rebuilt every process, and introduced a new end-to-end digital platform based on Microsoft Dynamics 365. Our employees had to leave their comfort zones far behind and embrace entirely new ways of working. What we have achieved as one global team in such a short time makes me truly proud. I would also like to apologize for the inconvenience this may have caused you along the way and thank you for bearing with us during this profound transformation.  

Change is uncomfortable, but when done right, it is extremely rewarding. Is the result perfect? Not yet. Was it worth the effort? Absolutely. After two years of construction, we now have a solid foundation for the future and are ready to introduce you to the new CEDES. With further optimizations planned for 2026, I am confident that you will soon reap the fruits of our transformation, including streamlined processes, faster response times and a portfolio designed to support your long-term success.  

Our goal is to provide you with end-to-end solutions that create measurable business outcomes. To that purpose, we have entered several strategic partnerships, one of which resulted in the integration of our predictive maintenance platform Elevate with the field service management software from FIELDBOSS – a turning point where elevator data insights are directly translated into service actions. The positive market response to these developments and a few major Elevate scale-up projects scheduled for this year validate the new direction we have taken.  

Beyond this, we continue to see stable growth across our other business areas. We are excited to share that we successfully fulfilled our largest single customer order in history for sensor solutions in Warehouse Automation. In Entrance Automation, we continue to build on our market leadership with the success of the Vitector brand and look forward to additional new products being launched in 2026. Stay tuned!
