Facility Management Specialist

Our Facility Management Team is responsible for the optimum maintenance of our Science Park building. It comprises interiors, incl. ventilation, heating and compressed air systems, as well the outer shell of the building and its nearest surroundings.
Your area of responsibility
- Handling almost all repair works (incl. equipment) in the Science Park
- Maintenance of ventilation and heating systems, etc.
- Coordinating external contractors in consultation with the supervisor
- Readiness for occasional irregular working times (e.g. snow clearing)
- Functional and personal support to the Facility Management apprentice
Our requirements
- Basic technical education (electrician, FM specialist or similar)
- Strong manual skills and talent for improvisation
- Sense of order and cleanliness, good knowledge of SUVA occupational safety requirements
- Assertive, service-oriented team player with a healthy sense of humor
- Autonomous, proactive and solution-oriented way of working
