The move provides our European customers with a direct relationship to our head offices. Customers will enjoy the same fast delivery times, which in many cases will be improved. In the coming months we will be introducing a European-wide +800 toll-free number to further improve customer support.
Our subsidiary in Rheinhausen, Germany and all its relevant functions will be integrated into our Swiss headquarters by the end of May 2017. Our European sales force and application engineering team remain the same, meaning customers can continue to fully avail of the experienced and professional services they have enjoyed with us. Many of these will be improved and expanded.
The challenge we have set ourselves is to offer our valued customers even more competent advice and to impress them with our delivery times.
