UK Conformity Assessed

The UKCA (UK Conformity Assessed) marking serves as proof of conformity of certain goods with the new regulations applicable in Great Britain and is used for products being placed on the British market (England, Scotland, Wales). It is applicable to all goods for which the CE marking applied.

The transition period, during which the CE marking is still acknowledged in the UK, ends on December 31, 2024.

CEDES is gradually implementing the UKCA requirements for all products. The top priority for CEDES is to add a UKCA marking for each product that already has a CE marking and make the relevant certificates available at the same time. To this purpose, we are now completing the existing CE certificates with corresponding UKCA declarations.

This first step will soon be completed. In a second step, product documents such as manuals and data sheets will be adjusted and made available online. In view of the wide product range, keeping this tight deadline is a challenge. However, we should be able to complete this task on time thanks to the support of all involved teams.
